The Food Ingredients Division manufactures and blends a wide range of selected ingredients for the meat, poultry, smallgoods, bakery, health & nutrition, snack food and beverage industries.

The company distributes a variety of products including textured soy proteins, phosphates, fibres, carrageenans, antioxidants, cultures, enzymes and animal proteins.
Oppenheimer has its own soy protein isolate and concentrate manufacturing plant and is accredited to the internationally reconized ISO 9001 and HACCP Quality Systems.
